Medical Staffing 360 (Med Staff 360) is a fast growing healthcare staffing company who understands the needs of medical professionals. Our professional service finds the right candidate for every position, and is available by phone for your assistance.
What type of positions does Medical Staffing 360 offer?
We offer temporary, temp to perm, contract, travel and direct placement positions in a wide variety of medical specialties and facilities. We specialize in Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Urgent Care Centers and Free Standing Emergency Departments.
Where is Medical Staffing 360 located?
While our offices are located in the Richmond, VA area. Medical Staffing 360 provides staffing locally, regionally, and nationwide.
What areas of healthcare do you cover?
Medical Staffing 360 provides staffing for multiple areas. The following is not a complete representation of the areas we cover. The areas are Nursing, Behavioral Health, Radiology, Therapy, Pharmacy, Physicians, Practitioners, Laboratory, and Administrative.
Do you contract nurses for out of state services?
Yes.
Do I have to commit to a certain number of hours per week?
There is no required minimum number of hours per week to be a Med Staff 360 employee.
Do I receive training or orientation for the facility you send me to?
Usually, and this varies by facility. While some facilities may simply require you show up early to your first shift to fill out any necessary paperwork and receive a quick orientation, other facilities may require several hours of orientation or attendance at a scheduled orientation event.
What is the pay range?
As with most professional employment, the pay range is dependent on several factors including years of experience, specific facilities, and specific job functions.
How far would I have to travel?
You are able to designate the specific facilities you are willing to be assigned, leaving the travel distance in your hands.
If I want to take days off how much notice do I have to give?
Working with professionals, we expect at least a 24 hour notice to call off for a shift unless an emergency situation occurs.
Do you offer shift bonuses?
Yes. Shift bonuses are available for specific shifts and facilities.
How do I get paid?
Medical Staffing 360 employees can enroll in direct deposit, pick up a paycheck in the office, or request that we mail your check to you.
How often do I get paid?
Med Staff 360 issues paychecks weekly.
What if I am running late?
Please advise Med Staff 360 staffers as soon as possible.
Where do I check in once I arrive at the hospital?
Each facility is different. Contact your Med Staff 360 staffer prior to the shift.
Do you offer health insurance? Do you offer other benefits?
Yes. Benefits are available for those employees who qualify and who complete enrollment. Further information is available in your employee packet.
Do you have any permanent positions?
Depending on specialty, Medical Staffing 360 offers full time and part time positions.
Can you guarantee full time?
Full time work is dependent upon your availability and the number of facilities you designate. The most flexible employees work the most hours.
Can I work my full time position and also work for you?
Absolutely. Med Staff 360 is perfect for employees who are looking to make some extra money in addition to their full time job.
Am I required to pay a fee to Medical Staffing 360 for their placement services?
No. Our services are free to our candidates.
Is specialized training required to work at Medical Staffing 360?
As part of the hiring requirements, professionals must be accomplished in their specific fields with all necessary licensing and continuing education. Beyond that, there is no additional training required.
Am I required to commit to a job with Med Staff 360 once I have submitted my application?
No. Your application or employee paperwork is simply used to qualify you for potential employment. However, if you decide to pursue a job, this will be all the information we need to submit your profile to one of our client facilities.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract in order to work with Medial Staffing 360?
No. Your obligation lasts for the length of the particular job to which you commit, although we welcome long-term, on-going relationships with all qualified professionals.
What happens when my assignment is complete?
If the facility offers to extend your assignment, you can elect to sign a new contract and remain there for another contracted period of time. If either you or the facility do not wish to extend the current assignment, your Med Staff 360 staffer will work with you to find a new placement.
Will a staffer with Medical Staffing 360 be available if I need assistance after normal business hours?
In addition to access during regular business hours, our healthcare professionals are provided our on-call number so their staffer can be reached 24/7 for emergencies or pressing questions.
What shift times are available?
All shift times are available and you could be called to fill a position mid-shift after it has already begun.
