Medical Staffing 360 Referral Bonus

We are always looking for quality professionals to fill our clients growing needs. You can help! If you know healthcare professionals that are seeking new opportunities, we want you to refer them to us and get rewarded for your time. Although you are helping them find a great career, you will also be helping yourself to additional income.

Whether it is a healthcare professional interested in nursing, therapy or other allied health positions, advanced practice professionals, or physicians, your referral is welcomed because we know that your standards are just as high as our standards.

For each referral you give to us, you will receive the following:

Contract or Direct Hire (full-time)

• $2000 – Physicians (all specialties)

• $1000 – RNs (Cath Lab, OR, L&D), Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, Perfusionists, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants

• $500 – All other specialty areas

How it Works:

1. Fill out the form below. You must include your name and contact information to ensure that you are credited for the referral.

1. Once your referral has gone through our employment process and has been placed, you start to qualify for the referral.

1. When your referral has completed 468 billable hours (approximately a 13-week assignment) with us, you will be eligible to receive the bonus. Note: If you are working for us at the time, the bonus will be automatically added to your current payroll. If you are not working on assignment with Medical Staffing 360 at that time, you will be contacted to confirm your address before your referral bonus is mailed.
