Our Selection Process

Learn about our five-step selection process when finding you a new position.

What are the steps in the selection process?

Our selection process is made up of five steps. As you advance through these steps, you will be interacting with Medical Staffing 360 professionals.

Step 1: Application and Profile Completion

The candidate submits an application and completes his or her profile (see instructions for completing a profile below). Applications, resumes and relevant forms should all be submitted electronically.

Step 2: Qualifications Review

Medical Staffing 360 reviews all materials and determines whether the candidate is a match for an available position. If the candidate is qualified but no position is currently available, his or her materials will be held for future review. The candidate will be contacted by Medical Staffing 360 regarding his or her submission.

Step 3: Phone Interview

If the candidate is qualified for an available position, Medical Staffing 360 will conduct a phone interview to evaluate relevant experience and assess critical thinking skills using scenario questions. In some instances, an in-person interview will be conducted.

Step 4: Background Check, Credentialing, and Skills Test

Medical Staffing 360 conducts a background check for the candidate. The candidates’ credentials are also verified during this step of the process. Due to the requirements of some medical facilities, some candidates will need to compete skills test(s) to move forward.

Step 5: Employer/Candidate Matching

Employers’ needs and preferences are matched with those of the candidate. During this step, Medical Staffing 360 may conduct a behavioral interview according to the employer’s specifications. This may be the final step in the selection process. In some instances, an employer may require an additional interview where the candidate will be interviewed by the potential employer. Medical Staffing 360 will coordinate this interview. If the candidate is successful, Medical Staffing 360 will work with the employer to arrange a start date and other relevant logistics.
